2. Products and Availability

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies and to cancel or refuse orders if incorrect information has been published.

All products are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock after your order has been placed, we will contact you and offer a refund or an alternative solution.

3. Pricing

All prices are displayed in EUR (€) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Shipping costs are calculated separately and added at checkout based on the delivery destination.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

4. Payment

All payments are securely processed through Shopify Payments. Your payment information is encrypted and handled according to industry security standards. Underdog does not store or have access to your full payment card details.

Your order will only be processed once payment has been successfully authorized.

5. Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the order but confirms that we have received it.

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, or other exceptional circumstances. In such cases, any payments made will be refunded in full.

6. Shipping

Shipping fees are as follows:

  • Finland: €4.90
  • EU: Varies by country
  • Free shipping on orders over €99.00

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping provider. Delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control are not our responsibility.

7. Returns and Exchanges

Customers have the right to return or exchange products within 14 days of receiving their order.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition;
  • Returned with all original tags and packaging.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Refunds will be processed after the returned products have been received and inspected.

8. Unclaimed Shipments

Failure to collect or accept a shipment does not constitute a valid return.

If an order is returned to us because it was not collected, we reserve the right to deduct:

  • The original shipping costs; and
  • A 2% handling fee based on the total order value.

The remaining amount, if any, will be refunded after the returned shipment has been processed.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Underdog shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.

Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights granted to consumers under applicable consumer protection legislation.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved by the competent courts of Finland unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
